Retreat Centre

Domaine de Plantat offers the tranquillity required to truly relax and tune in to nature and ourselves. The ideal retreat centre. It is a yogi’s sanctuary offering privacy, peace in its protected natural environment.
Retreat leaders are welcome to connect and share their talents with their small groups of up to 12 students in this secret Eden. Built in 1830 the main house has been restored to its authentic glory, filled with antique furniture and all modern conveniences. The 90m² studio space available is in a 14th century building, easily accessible, behind the house with its own apartment as an optional extra for the retreat leader.
It is situated at the foothills of the Cevennes on a 400-acres estate, majestic trees stand guard in the impressive grounds, a garden scented of lavender and rose, vineyards, crop fields, and a surrounding forest enhances the magical serenity of the estate. Hidden, a small walk from the main house, a 130m² spring-fed lake peacefully graces the grounds for exclusive use to our guests. The crystalline waters of the lake are truly invigorating. This privileged estate is surprisingly close to shops, markets and local producers and some of the best vineyards in France so all your basic needs can be met.
You may opt for the full service which includes meals provided for you and your clients or for the independent option of self-catering.

Reviews:
I felt at home from the moment that I arrived. The company was beyond what I would have imagined, as were the food and wine and the wonderful classes. We never knew what to expect from the teacher from one day to the next - which was one of the things that made the week so spectacular! Though I have been on many retreats over the years - this was truly the exception - and one that I would recommend highly. It's obvious that Patrice puts her entire heart and soul into making this a very special experience. - Barbara Fetta-Moniz, United States
I wish Madame Benedetti had a restaurant in the Village and/or near my office. - Dru-Ann Chuchran, United States
Yoga France and Domaine de Plantat was a phenomenal experience and I can't wait to go back. The ambiance and food were perfect and the people were even better. I have been practicing yoga for years. What a truly joyous time. Thank you all so much. - Randee Gevertz, United States
I was blown away by the gorgeous Domaine de Plantat, the vineyards, the private swimming, the yoga studio in a 14th century farmhouse. The incredible food all made from locally grown produce, as well as the delicious local wine, combined with the relaxing and rejuvenating yoga, qigong, tai chi, and massage therapy, made for a perfect week. - Ylva Rahm, Sweden
